Description:
Responsibilities:
- Performs credit and debit card advancements, exchange cash, chips, foreign currency, and slot transactions for patron.
- Handles transactions in chip bank, main bank, and marker bank.
- Encodes transactions into the casino management systems.
- Transfers cash, chips, foreign currency, and documents between cages.
- Performs balancing in all front window, chip bank, main bank, and marker bank inventories every end of shift.
- Performs chip rotation regularly to ensure the correct quantity.
- Performs preparation and replenishment of cash floats for cage windows and other company outlets.
- Complete cash transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle large sums of money with precision.
- Adhere to financial regulations and internal policies.
- Balance cash drawers.

Job Experience & Skillset Needed:
- Knowledge of Japanese and Chinese language is an advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Can stand for long periods of time in a smoking environment.
- Experience handling cash transactions in a fast-paced environment.
