Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Performs credit and debit card advancements, exchange cash, chips, foreign currency, and slot transactions for patron.
  • Handles transactions in chip bank, main bank, and marker bank.
  • Encodes transactions into the casino management systems.
  • Transfers cash, chips, foreign currency, and documents between cages.
  • Performs balancing in all front window, chip bank, main bank, and marker bank inventories every end of shift.
  • Performs chip rotation regularly to ensure the correct quantity.
  • Performs preparation and replenishment of cash floats for cage windows and other company outlets.
  • Complete cash transactions accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle large sums of money with precision.
  • Adhere to financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Balance cash drawers.

Job Experience & Skillset Needed:
  • Knowledge of Japanese and Chinese language is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Can stand for long periods of time in a smoking environment.
  • Experience handling cash transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of casino policies and procedures preferred.
