Job Description: Casino Client Relations Specialist
  • Provide excellent customer service to casino clients.
  • Manage client accounts and address inquiries or issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with casino patrons.
  • Ensure clients have an enjoyable gaming experience.
  • Collect feedback and communicate insights to the management team.
