Job Description:
  • Conducts background investigation of credit patrons and process reports from available Credit Bureaus and online resources.
  • Performs audit check on the credit applicant's submitted documents and verifies the authenticity of the provided information.
  • Performs daily collection of patrons' credit documents from Cage.
  • Conducts daily tracking of outstanding markers and redemptions made by patrons.
  • Monitors the overdue account of patrons in coordination with International Marketing representatives.
  • Prepares collection reminder letter for patrons with delinquent account for debt recovery.
  • Prepares the required documents needed by Legal team and external collection agency for their dunning.
  • Export and compile daily credit and collection reports.
  • Timely and accurate recording of all credit and collection daily activities performed.
  • Participate in ongoing development of clear and concise policies, procedures and protocols for the department to take on new tasks as assigned.
  • Manage customer credit approvals and credit limits.
  • Implement strategies to reduce bad debt risk.
  • Review credit history and financial statements of customers.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.

Job Experience & Skillset Needed:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Filipino.
  • Experience in credit and collections management within the casino industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial risk analysis and credit assessment.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Familiarity with casino software for tracking credit lines and collections.
