Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead a team of Guest Services staff in a fast-paced casino environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided to all guests.
  • Train and mentor team members on casino policies and procedures.
  • Handle and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to optimize service quality.
  • Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure coverage during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and improve guest service processes.
