Job Experience & Skillset:
  • At least 3 years experience in the Casino industry.
  • At least 4 years experience in VIP Services.
  • Educational minimum College level and above.
  • Experience in VIP customer service in a casino/hospitality setting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies for VIP clientele.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive VIP marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with high-value clients.
  • Proven track record of increasing VIP client retention and engagement.
