Salary range: $ 3200 - 5000 USD

 

Job Description:
  • Receiving of cash and other mode of payment from casino players (program enrollment, buy-in, patron deposits, etc.)
  • Assist buy-ins and issue chip warrants
  • Processing of cash release to casino players (withdrawals, settlement, reimbursement, e-cash out, slot payment vouchers, etc.); if required
  • Chip control and management (exchange, chip bank transactions, balancing, chip stock management, monitoring of unredeemed chips, etc.)
  • Cash balancing and inventory (soft count, bill count, etc.)
  • Check cashier window float after balancing at the end of the shift
  • Oversee the soft count of cashiers and ensure its accuracy
  • Record all items of value held in the Gaming Treasury and guarantee that it is balance.
  • Cash maintenance and replenishment (main bank float, window cash float, slots ATM, etc.)
  • Replenish floats of cashiers from main bank and ensure efficient amount of money in the window
  • Record closing cashier float values on daily basis
  • Drop box and Bill Validator collection and issuance
  • Banking (check collection and issuance, direct deposits, telegraphic transfer, etc.)
  • Balance total credit card withdrawal to the balance sheets
  • Ensure documentation is completed and complied with the policy and procedure.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
  • Supervise all cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of each transaction
  • Performs any other related including back of the house duties as assigned.
  • Report directly to the Casino Treasury Manager.

Job Experience & Skillset:
  • Completed at least 2 years in college.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Gaming Treasury or related field.
  • Basic PC operational skills and knowledge in office applications such as MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Above average numerical ability.
  • Oversee cash transactions with a keen attention to detail.
  • Supervise employees handling large sums of money in a casino setting.
  • Coordinate and monitor vault operations accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
