Job Description:
  • Provide legal counsel on gaming regulations and compliance.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
  • Manage litigation matters, including disputes and regulatory investigations.
  • Advise on new laws and regulations impacting the casino industry.
  • Draft legal documents such as licenses and agreements.

Job Experience & Skillset Required:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in gambling/casino law.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to provide legal advice on regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with licensing and compliance regulations.
  • Proficient in reviewing and drafting contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
