  • Oversee operations of casino.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Supervise staff and manage daily activities.
  • Implement marketing initiatives for customer attraction.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.

Job Experience & Skillset:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in casino management.
  • Fluent in Korean and English languages.
  • Open for Korean National (Located Philippines and Abroad).
  • Open for Filipino who can speak Korean.
  • Willing to travel and be relocate in any branch of the company within Philippines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing casino marketing strategies.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
