The Officer, Surveillance provides proactive monitoring, analysis and protection of all revenue generating activity within the boundaries of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation.

Varied Responsibilities: Engage in advanced surveillance techniques to deter and detect any suspicious activities.

Monitor casino activities for suspicious behavior.
Use technology to observe gaming areas.
Identify and report potential security risks.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
Document observations accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with security team for swift action.
Participate in investigations when required.
Survey Staff/ Customers Activity from the Monitor Room
- Monitor staff and customers in accordance with “Code of Ethics, Conduct and Professional Behaviours” Policy.
- Monitor illegal/suspicious activity of staff and customers within gaming and cash handling area, ensuring detected activities are reported to appropriate personnel.
- Monitor, analyse and review gaming and cash handling activities, including high action, junket activity, count procedures, point of sale, etc.
