Job Description:
  • Provide hands-on technical support for critical business applications.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to application configurations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance application performance.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in software testing and deployment activities.
  • Assist in implementing upgrades and patches for applications.
