Job Description:
  • Oversee VIP host team and ensure exceptional service delivery in Korean.
  • Lead training sessions for team members with focus on Korean language skills.
  • Coordinate VIP events and liaise with clients in Korean-speaking markets.
  • Develop strategies to enhance VIP guest experience for Korean clientele.
  • Resolve escalated issues and provide guidance to team in Korean customer interactions.
  • Fluency in Korean is essential for effective communication with VIP clients.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback on targets.
  • Work closely with management to implement improvements and maintain VIP standards.
