Wynn Resorts is stepping up its recruitment drive in anticipation of the 2027 debut of its integrated resort on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, marking one of the most ambitious hospitality developments in the UAE. The property—which will be the country’s first legal casino resort—already has dozens of job listings live, spanning multiple disciplines including hospitality, entertainment, wellness, food & beverage, technical operations, marketing, finance and more. The resort is being built with luxury and scale in mind: more than 1,500 guest rooms, dozens of restaurants and lounges, retail space, a showroom/theatre, spa, beach club and more.
The recruitment effort includes both senior and specialist roles. Among the listings are multiple Vice Presidents dedicated to casino marketing, tasked with growing VIP clientele across the Middle East & North Africa, as well as Asia, Europe, and other markets. Wynn is also filling roles in leadership for food & beverage, events, nightlife, guest services, and even technical and IT-oriented positions like data science and machine learning. In total, over 80 positions have been advertised in recent months.
On the construction and operational side, the project appears to be reasonably on schedule. Structural work has progressed well, with the main tower rising and key floors and cores being established. Wynn has publicly indicated that much of the hiring surge will happen closer to the resort’s opening date—late 2026 into early 2027—to ensure that staff are in place, trained, and ready to deliver the “Wynn experience” from day one.
This hiring drive is significant not just for Wynn but for the UAE region as a signal of evolving regulatory and economic policy: with Canadian-style commercial gaming licensing now in place (through the UAE’s General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority), Wynn Al Marjan is one of the first movers in what may become a growing sector. It also reflects a broader push by Ras Al Khaimah to boost tourism, upscale hospitality offerings, and attract international visitors. The scale of jobs, the variety of roles, and senior leadership positions being advertised suggest Wynn intends this to be not just a gaming resort but a full-blown luxury destination with global reach.
