Job Location: Ho Chi Minh

My client, a reputable casino in Ho Chi Minh City, is seeking an experienced AVP IT to lead and oversee IT operations within a dynamic casino environment.

This role will cover key areas including casino systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management, and 24/7 operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and operations teams to ensure secure, stable, and efficient technology services across the property.

Job Nature: Full time
Salary range: $ 8000 - 15000 USD

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily IT operations across casino systems, infrastructure, network, security, and business applications
  • Ensure high availability, stability, and security of all critical IT systems
  • Manage IT support teams and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
  • Oversee casino systems, POS, hotel systems, surveillance-related IT support, and back-office applications
  • Work closely with operations, finance, security, surveillance, and senior management teams
  • Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and system implementation projects
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity controls
  • Support system upgrades, new technology implementation, and business improvement projects
  • Ensure IT operations comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and security standards
  • Prepare IT reports, budgets, project updates, and operational improvement plans

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Strong IT leadership experience in casino, gaming, hospitality, or large enterprise environment
  • Good understanding of casino systems, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations
  • Experience managing IT teams, vendors, projects, and 24/7 support environments
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical operational environment
  • Experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia gaming/hospitality market will be an advantage
  • Good command of English is preferred
