Job Description:
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the hotel front desk.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Assist with concierge services and provide local area information to guests.
