Job Description:
  • Provide exceptional guest services in English, Mandarin, and Japanese.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding their stay and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met efficiently.
  • Conduct VIP guest handling with personalized attention and care.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and functions for guests.
  • Provide language support for international guests and translate documents when needed.

Experience & Skillset Needed:
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese languages.
