Job Description:
  • Lead and manage a team of VIP hosts handling Japanese-speaking clients.
  • Provide exceptional *customer service* to VIP guests at all times.
  • Communicate fluently in *Japanese* with high-profile clients and internal team.
  • Organize and oversee activities/events for VIP guests.
  • Ensure VIP guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Job Experience & Skillset Required:
  • Native Japanese fluency required.
  • Experience in VIP client management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese & English.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry preferred.
