Job Experience & Skillset Needed:
  • 3+ years experience in VIP management in the casino industry.
  • Proficiency in Korean and English languages is required.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Understanding of high-end customer service and VIP player expectations.
  • Knowledge of casino operations and player development programs.
