In the first half of 2025, DigiPlus Interactive Corp.—Philippines’ foremost digital gaming company behind platforms like BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone—delivered outstanding financial results. Net income surged by an impressive 61 percent year-on-year, reaching ₱8.4 billion, as reported by multiple Philippine business outlets. Revenues climbed 47 percent to ₱47.78 billion, underpinned by strong performance in retail gaming, the rollout of new products, and enhanced operational efficiency.
This robust performance extended into the second quarter as well, with Q2 net income hitting ₱4.20 billion—up 30 percent from the previous year—and EBITDA rising 32 percent to ₱4.50 billion. The company’s financial strength and industry leadership were further cemented through high-profile recognitions: DigiPlus made the Fortune 500 Southeast Asia list for the second year running and earned the title of Digital Operator of the Year at the 2025 Global Gaming Awards Asia-Pacific.
Beyond the numbers, DigiPlus is actively promoting responsible gaming. In early August, the company joined the Interim Council of the PlaySafe Alliance of the Philippines—a collaborative initiative among gaming operators to champion safer, more transparent online entertainment.
Looking forward, Chairman Eusebio H. Tanco struck a tone of both optimism and preparedness. Speaking in a recent interview, he asserted that despite emerging challenges in the online gaming landscape—such as regulatory scrutiny and growing competition—the company remains agile and forward-looking: “His company is ready to adapt and innovate in the face of the potential challenges facing the online gaming industry in the Philippines”.
This confidence lines up with broader statements he has made earlier this year and in 2024, emphasizing the company’s belief in a solid regulatory environment, investment in technology, and responsible gaming frameworks.
