In an internal email seen by industry news platforms, Managing Director Daisy Ho emphasised that 2025 was an “extraordinary year,” highlighting the company’s operational support in transitioning satellite casinos and completing the strategic acquisition of the L’Arc Hotel Macau. Ho attributed SJM’s resilience and progress in business development to the “steadfast commitment and persistent efforts” of its professional team members, stressing the importance of continued cooperation and excellence in the year ahead.

The discretionary bonus from SJM comes amid a broader trend in Macau’s integrated resort sector, where most of the six major concessionaires have declared similar one-month bonuses for employees as the city’s gaming industry posts strong recovery figures.
