Las Vegas-based gaming services company AA Slots has formally opened its first Asian office in Laos, marking a major step in its strategy to grow operations across Southeast Asia. The move comes through a multi-partner collaboration that includes Macau-based LT Game, consultancy Kairos Gaming, and China’s LST Future to provide an integrated technical and operational services hub from the heart of the region. The Laos office is positioned to support not only Phase One of a forthcoming international integrated resort project in the country but also wider gaming operations across neighbouring markets.

As part of the partnership, AA Slots — led by founder Anneck Ackasone and known for its expertise in slot servicing, technical support, and machine refurbishment — will handle technical logistics, machine commissioning, and preventive maintenance frameworks across the project. Meanwhile, LT Game will supply gaming machines and a casino management system (CMS) rooted in its established technology stack, which has been deployed in multiple Asian jurisdictions. Kairos Gaming will contribute regional operational management and regulatory coordination, and LST Future will bring complementary hardware solutions designed to integrate with the LT Game systems pending approvals.

The initiative reflects a broader industry trend of global gaming service providers expanding into emerging Asian markets. Laos’ central geographic location and access to multiple Southeast Asian gaming jurisdictions make it a strategic base for AA Slots’ regional ambitions. By combining international technical expertise with local and regional execution capabilities, the alliance aims to raise operational standards and support sustainable resort development across Asia.
